Tom’s experience has been launching, scaling and exiting recruitment business for investment firms for the best part of a decade. Off the back of that in 2024 Tom took a leap of faith and acquired Prominence with a focus to scale its global footprint, along with its service provisions for recruitment firms serious about scaling.
