• What does my ticket cover?

    Your ticket gives you access to the full day event which includes:

    • All sessions, panels & keynotes across three stages
    • Access to the exhibitors
    • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
    • Barista coffee, juice water and soft drinks
    • Many other exhibitor activations, you’ll have to come along to find out!

  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Yes, email trainingevents@rcsa.com.au with the attendee details:

    • Name
    • Email
    • Organisation
    • Any dietary information

  • What is your refund policy?

  • Can I get an invoice for tickets?

    Full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. Should you wish to obtain a tax invoice for proof of purchase, this will be sent direct to your email with the order confirmation. Should you require assistance locating this, please contact the RCSA Events Team at trainingevents@rcsa.com.au.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

    Yes!

    Book 3 tickets for $528 +GST and save $69

    Book 6 tickets for $996 +GST and save $198

  • What should I bring?

    Bring whatever will help you get the most out of the day. A notepad, laptop, pens (you might be able to pick up one of these from our exhibitors though!)

  • Will the sessions be recorded or streamed?

    No. However you can access ‘Snapsight AI’ on the Event App. This captures key takeaways, generates idea clouds and more! 

  • Is catering provided?

    Yes, attendees will be served morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. And there will be tea and coffee available throughout the day.

  • Do you cater for dietary requirements?

    Yes, please add this to your ticket registration or email trainingevents@rcsa.com.au at least 7 business days before the event.

  • Will there be WiFi at the venue?

    Free WiFi is available throughout the venue. Connection details will be provided on the day.

  • Is there somewhere I can store my luggage?

    Yes, please visit the Customer Service desk  at MCEC and the staff will assist you.
