Sarah Kiely, CEO of Launch, brings over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, specialising in outsourced talent solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. She works closely with customers to design, deliver and optimise workforce solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned to real business needs.
Sarah is passionate about keeping the customer at the centre of every solution. She partners with organisations to deeply understand their workforce challenges. She has implemented and led large-scale outsourced delivery teams and managed services, she has built operational excellence teams, established offshore delivery centres, and delivered transformational technology projects in complex and highly regulated environments.
Her strength lies in combining operational and service excellence, strong governance, and commercial discipline to deliver talent solutions that are reliable and built to last.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys playing netball and coaching junior teams and loves watching them develop as a team, because great outcomes are always a team effort.
