Across more than three and a half decades, Ross has been a recruiter, leader of recruiters, trainer, speaker, coach, blogger, industry volunteer, and advocate. Over his fifteen years as an agency recruiter and leader, Ross worked in London, Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne.
For more than two decades, Ross has provided a range of coaching, training, and leadership development programs to the recruitment industry in Australia and New Zealand.
As a Fellow of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA), Ross currently serves as a member of RCSA’s Professional Practice Council whose role is to lead and support RCSA’s development of professional practice across the Australian and New Zealand recruitment industries.
Since 2007, Ross has written more than 950 weekly blogs articulating his forthright opinion on recruitment, the recruitment industry, the labour market, and leadership.
Ross was awarded the RCSA CEO’s Outstanding Contribution Award for 2022.
