Over the last decade, Michael has trained thousands of recruiters and supported hundreds of recruitment managers. He has built strong and successful L&D teams, re-engineered L&D functions and processes from the ground up, and rolled out new training programs and initiatives that have reduced costs, increased revenue and improved productivity and performance.
Michael loves working in the industry and feels proud of the impact that recruitment professionals have on people's lives and clients' business operations. Michael is a member of the RCSA WA Council and helps maintain professional standards across the industry, promoting recruitment as a career of choice.
