Top Trends Shaping the Future of Work

The world of work is shifting faster than most organisations can keep up with, and the talent professionals tasked with finding, attracting and retaining great people are right at the pointy end of that change.

In this fast-paced keynote, one of the world’s top-ranked futurists takes the TalentX audience on a whistlestop tour of the megatrends reshaping modern work. From the rise of AI-augmented roles and the skills that machines still can’t replicate, to the generational shifts redefining what workers actually want from an employer, Dr Ben Hamer cuts through the noise to spotlight the forces that matter most for talent and recruitment professionals right now.

Drawing on ThinkerTank’s proprietary trend intelligence and global research, this session will challenge assumptions, spark curiosity, and leave you with a sharper lens on what’s coming next for the people side of business.
