Donna Knight is a recruitment industry expert with nearly two decades of experience across agency operations, leadership, coaching, and training. Originally from the UK and now long established in Australia, Donna has built a career grounded in practical expertise, people development, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s recruiters and agencies.
Alongside launching her own business, Inspire Growth Consultancy, Donna partners with recruitment leaders and consultants to deliver impactful coaching, training, capability uplift, and operational consultancy. Her work focuses on elevating performance, strengthening team culture, and supporting businesses to build high‑functioning, confident recruitment teams.
For the past three years, Donna has also worked closely with the RCSA, contributing to the ongoing development and delivery of the Recruitment Consulting Certificate (RCC) program across ANZ. She has supported the growth of countless new and experienced recruiters, helping strengthen capability and confidence across the profession.
