One of Darren’s key achievements has been bringing APayroll and APay’s payment gateway together, recognising early that real agency growth comes from connected payroll, funding, payments and backend systems, not just standalone financial solutions.
With over 15 years’ experience across finance, payroll, and technology, Darren has worked closely with recruitment and labour hire businesses since 2010, helping them design and modernise their back-office operations. His work focuses on re-engineering payroll and finance processes to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and create scalable foundations for growth.
