Carolyn is the Director for AI Product, where she leads a high-performing team of AI Product Managers responsible for the development and delivery of AI-driven services that power SEEK’s products across APAC. In this role, Carolyn oversees the AI product strategy, working closely with data scientists, AI engineers and business stakeholders to ensure SEEK leverages its unique data assets and latest AI capabilities to solve core customer needs and deliver exceptional value to job seekers and employers.
Outside of work, Carolyn can be found shouting encouragement at one of her three boys in their basketball games. She plays keys as part of the winning SEEK band “Fully SEEK at the Tech Battle of the Bands and has recently become slightly obsessed with Hyrox.
