Belinda Kerr

Founder and High Performance Coach

Belinda Kerr's eclectic upbringing between two worlds - hippies and cattle farmers sparked a lifelong curiosity into people and what makes them who they are.

That intrique led her to recruitment, where she spent 20 years doing it all. She built two successful agencies from scratch, sold them, then started The Recruitment Garage 8 years ago to help recruitment founders stop "winging it" and start scaling smart.

She is Co-host of The Tech Savvy Recruiter podcast, founder of the Recruitment Garage Growth Club - helping recruitment founders stay connected, current and supported, and she is also founder of The Scale Project an immersive program helping founders build scalable agencies without losing their sanity.

Her mission is simple: To help recruitment founders create standout agencies that give them the freedom to actually enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to build.

She believes anything is possible with plenty of kindness and a big scoop of determination.

Chaos, Courage and Coffee: Lessons from a Beautifully Unravelled Life

In recruitment we're great at presenting our best selves. Confident, in control and always up for the challenge. But often running parallel with the journey to success is a much messier, more human one.

And that's certainly been the case for Belinda. Whilst navigating a pretty crazy personal life, she's been building and selling her own recruitment businesses and coaching over 1000 recruitment founders. Today, she's going to share her story and talk about how she navigated adversity alongside business growth and more importantly the life lessons that have stayed with her.

Chaos, Courage and coffee is about the unexpected gifts that come when you realise you're never really in control.
